No trespassing: 10 SFS issues 'surface danger' area notice

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. --

An area used for weapons training by 10th Security Forces Airmen is off-limits to anyone not conducting official training or without approval of the 10th SFS.

The "surface danger area," is in the northwest part of the Air Force Academy near Cathedral Rock. It's marked by off-limit signs.

Anyone in the area without permission may be detained and could face prosecution under federal and civil law.
