Warriors to highlight Fall 2009 Falcon Heritage Forum

The Fall 2009 Falcon Heritage Forum will be held at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., Sept. 23-25. The theme is "Portraits in Courage: Airmen in the Fight." Remember 9-11

The Air Force Academy's Class of 1959, the first to graduate from the Academy, chose the falcon as its mascot Sept. 25, 1955, feeling that it best characterized the combat role of the United States Air Force. Academy to participate in Red, White and Brave Parade
