8/24/2010 - U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- Members of the Royal Order of Jesters, including a former World War II prisoner of war, visited the Air Force Academy's special collections and Cadet Chapel Aug. 20.
Retired Army Col. Bill Trice was held at the German Stalag Luft III POW camp during part of World War II. A prisoner escape from Stalag Luft III late in the war formed the basis for the movie, "The Great Escape."
