Cadet convicted for attempted sodomy, wrongful sexual contact
U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. --
Cadet 2nd Class Anthony Daniels Jr. was convicted at a general court-martial March 8 and sentenced to eight months' confinement and dismissal from the Air Force.
Daniels was found guilty of attempted sodomy with one victim and wrongful sexual contact against a second by a panel of five officers.
He was found not guilty of aggravated sexual contact and forcible sodomy with the second victim.
The court-martial began March 5. The panel returned the verdict March 7 and rendered the sentence March 8.
