Teammates, I wanted to take a moment to send you a great big "thank you" for all your work these last couple weeks.

I visited with multiple senior leaders on base last week and to a person they had nothing but great things to say about their stay at the Academy. They were impressed by every facet of our installation and commented on the great work you're doing on those elements we are striving toward this year: improved culture and climate, innovation, while integrating across mission elements, and refining our processes and improving our communication.

I know, on this installation in particular, we can sometimes lose track of just how much each and every one of you do each day in support of our mission. To about 1,000 new second lieutenants every year, this is the first Air Force Installation most of these cadets will see and your interaction with them is a key part of their development. Thank you for giving them the example toward which they will strive upon graduation, and thank you for providing the mutual support essential to the Academy's success. We truly could not do our mission without your amazing efforts.

We do not say thank you enough!
