Graduation RSVP info required for media

4/23/2012 - U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- All media outlets planning to cover the 2012 U.S. Air Force Academy Graduation May 23 at Falcon Stadium must RSVP no later than April 30.
President Barack Obama will be this year's guest speaker. All attending media representatives will be required to provide their full legal names, dates of birth, social security numbers, affiliates, drivers license number with state of issue, and contact numbers by 4:30 p.m. April 30. All information is required to be allowed onto the stadium floor during the ceremony.
It is understood that your affiliates may not know who will attend the ceremony this far out. Therefore, it is suggested you submit the names of anyone who could possibly attend. No last-minute additions will be allowed. Please have one point-of-contact send the required information for your entire affiliate. A compiled list can be sent via e-mail to raymond.hoy@usafa.af.mil, or you can call (719) 333-7608, 7593, 7639 or 7731.
Any affiliate planning on using a live truck will be required to send us the year, make, model and license plate number of that vehicle. Again, as it may be hard to determine which truck will be used, it is suggested you provide the information for all possible vehicles.
