Air Force ROTC - Northwest Region
The Air Force ROTC Northwest Region Headquarters oversees operations at 34 detachments across a 19-state region. The region is responsible for training, administering and overseeing 215 cadre and 3,500 ROTC cadets, servicing 159 universities. One of four region headquarters within Air Force ROTC, the Northwest Region covers the largest geographic area within AFROTC and commissions approximately 15 percent of the officers accessed into the Active Duty Air Force each year. The largest commissioning source in the Air Force, Air Force ROTC produces 55 percent of all Air Force officers.
Mission: Provide mentorship, training, and administrative support to 34 detachments in developing quality leaders for the Air Force.
