U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- The 10th Security Forces Squadron uses a surface-danger zone in the northwest area of the Air Force Academy for weapons training.

The fenced-off area is marked with off-limits signs and is off-limits to anyone who is not attending official training. Cathedral Rock, in the surface-danger zone, is off-limits unless a visit is coordinated through the 10th SFS Combat Arms staff.

Anyone in the area without permission may be detained and could face prosecution under federal and civil law.

Call 333-2218, 333-3124 or 333-0999 during duty hours or 333-2000 after duty hours, to coordinate a visit.
