Academy announces speaker for 2013 graduation Published April 18, 2013 U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- Secretary of the Air Force Michael Donley will speak at the Air Force Academy's 2013 graduation, scheduled to be held in Falcon Stadium May 29 at 10 a.m., the Academy announced April 15. Donley, the 22nd secretary of the Air Force, is responsible for the organization, training, equipping and welfare of more than 333,000 active-duty service members, 178,000 members of the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve, 182,000 civil service employees and their families. He also oversees the Air Force's annual budget of more than $110 billion.
