Court-martial to begin March 5

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. --  A court-martial will begin March 5 for a cadet who had sexual misconduct charges preferred against him in September 2012.

Cadet 2nd Class Anthony Daniels Jr. faces charges of sodomy, attempted sodomy and aggravated sexual contact.

Charges are merely accusations; Daniels is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
