10th Air Base Wing to change commanders May 14 Published May 13, 2015 U.S. Air Force Academy Public Affairs U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- Col. Troy Dunn, a 1993 Academy graduate, is scheduled to take command of the 10th Air Base wing from Col. Stacey Hawkins May 14. Dunn was previously assigned to Ramstein Air Base, Germany, where he commanded the 86th Mission Support Group. Hawkins is scheduled to leave the Academy for Scott Air Force Base, Ill., where he will serve as the director of logistics for Air Mobility Command. Hawkins has been selected for promotion to brigadier general.
