Academy cadet pronounced dead in Colo. Springs hospital

Basic cadets take oaths, begin training
The 1,274-strong Class of 2014 began its first full day of military training June 25 with a swearing-in ceremony as parents watched from an overlook near the Cadet Chapel.Brig. Gen.
