Annual organizational climate survey starts

Team USAFA, 

I need your help!  Our annual organizational climate survey has started. 16. This year, I asked the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute to tailor the survey to address our mission and command interests here. As such, your feedback is invaluable to our efforts to remain on target toward a culture of commitment and an inclusive climate of respect across the institution. 

The survey gives me, the mission element leaders, and commanders and directors, feedback on the factors that directly affect you; to highlight issues and concerns, help us to understand what is important to you, and how well you are doing with work-life balance. Throughout the survey, you will have opportunities to provide written comments. I encourage you to use those sections in the survey to tell us how we are doing in our efforts to support you as well as cultivating a healthy and productive work environment for everyone.
