United States Air Force Academy

The Plans, Programs and Institutional Events Division manages the Academy planning process by updating the USAFA Strategic Plan, ensuring viability of supporting plans, and monitoring all USAFA operating and contingency plans for currency and relevance. Office of primary responsibility for managing highest visibility USAFA special events including  Graduation, Parents’ Weekend, T.D. White Award, and Conference of Service Academy Superintendents. The division also reviews and approves requests from outside organizations for events to be held at the Academy, including sporting events, private organization events and large-scale visits. Develops and manages USAFA Airmanship program requirements. Responsible for coordinating broad HHQ initiatives.
