Personal Wireless Communications System Management (PWCS) is a contracted function. This office manages the accountability of all PWCS Assets here at USAFA.  We manage the Unit PWCS Equipment Custodian program, training, inventory status and asset tracking.  

PWCS assets are Commercial Mobile Device (CMD), Land Mobile Radios (LMR), Blackberries, iPhones and Cellular Phones  

All new PWCS equipment requests must be coordinated with the Base PWCS Manager.  Requests for PWCS equipment are submitted via the CIPS Work Order Management System (WOMS).  Each unit has access to a WOMS monitor (Communications Requirements Officer) who can submit WOMS requests.
